王 和 平 PEACE WONG

Lives & works in Taipei, Taiwan.
一九九一年生於香港，臺灣花蓮志學站再發明，待過中壢、現居臺北。香港浸會大學英文系，東華大學華文文學研究所藝術碩士，現為臺灣大學音樂所博士生。著有音樂專輯《路人崇拜 about a stalker》、小說集《色情白噪音 that’s the hormones speaking》（獲後山文學年度新人獎、入圍台北國際書展大獎、Openbook好書獎），同步發行實驗單曲〈你是我所有的前席，所有的前夕〉。自出版Artist Book數本：《日常：錄音筆記》、《sapphic soul 藍寶石靈魂》等。
最新出版首部詩集《過動公寓 it’s the caffeine dancing》，榮獲周夢蝶詩獎首獎、Openbook好書獎年度中文創作。二○二四年始自發動低限詩歌獨奏會「過動巡迴音 poetry recital tour」，徘徊喉嚨與樂器，指間與機器。

埋首把《過動公寓 it’s the caffeine dancing》化為聽覺體驗，摸捏空氣，無中生有，捕風捉影。以錄音的藝術，探拓時光。詩專輯即將於二○二五年問世。

Peace Wong (b. 1991) is a writer, sound-sculptor and performer born and raised in Hong Kong, currently living and creating in Taiwan. She holds a BA degree in English from Hong Kong Baptist University and an MFA degree in Sinophone Literatures (Division of Creative Writing) from National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. At the moment, she is pursuing her PhD degree in Musicology at National Taiwan University.
In November 2021, Peace published her first short story collection, "色情白噪音 that's the hormones speaking", at Chiu Ko Publishing Co. Ltd. This collection earned her the Houshan Literature Annual New Writer Award in Taiwan and was shortlisted for the TIBE Book Prizes for Fiction and the Annual OpenBook Award. Her debut concept album, ‘About a Stalker,’ was released in 2018 under Day's Eye Records Label. In late 2023, Peace gayly published her award-winning poetry collection, the 1st Prize Winner of Zhou Mengdie Poetry Award of Taiwan and the 2024 Openbook Award Winner of Annual Chinese Fiction, "過動公寓 It’s the caffeine dancing".
Since 2024, she has embarked on a “poetry recital tour” around Taiwan, translating her poetry into a sonic experience and performing in Cantonese as a form of displacement.
She also doodles sometimes under a pseudonym, 17ping.
In 2025, Peace will be releasing her debut poetry album.
